OJ is a passionate educator, visionary and social entrepreneur who believes that success breeds success and that learning should be experiential, effective and enjoyable at every level.

For over 25 years, OJ has motivated, trained, educated and inspired many hundreds of people both in Australia and overseas, through her unique approach to education and training.

She has extensive experience in a number of diverse areas including music education and composition, finance and nutrition. She is currently developing an Accelerated Learning system using fun and games for music teachers, and is involved with creating sustainable fundraising strategies for nonprofit organisations. OJ's passion is End Global Malnutrition, Inc, which is working toward nourishing one million children over the next 12 months.

OJ believes everyone has a song inside them that needs to be sung and loves to inspire and motivate people (especially women) to work together to reach their full potential and to succeed in whatever they do.
